    "We moved to the Triangle area one year ago, and looked at fifty homes in the Chapel Hill and Durham area. We are very happy we chose Wellington Forest. It has an ideal location, less than a mile from the interstate and local main roads, we can walk to the South point Mall and Renaissance Mall, yet it is a friendly, quiet and tranquil neighborhood. There is a great mix of people from just starting out with young children to older retirees, from people who are natives of the Triangle to people from around the world. It has a pool, tennis, playground and partial basketball court which are clean, lightly used, and well-maintained. Reasonable HOA oversight and reasonable monthly dues. We are glad to be here!!!"

    "We moved here recently, and this is the only development which ticked all our boxes for ideal relocation. It is a friendly area with a mix of people and pets, convenient to everything, great road access, a terrific pool and club amenities, and yet quiet and attractive, with forests, gardens, and wildlife. I am so glad we chose this area over others we considered. "
