About this House

* Call for DAILY OPEN HOUSE Times * This is the property you've been waiting for - Original owner with many high-dollar upgrades! This home is tucked away in sought after Chelsea Beach, where you enjoy some of the best schools in the county - Chesapeake High School District. Easy commute to Fort Meade, Baltimore, Annapolis, or even D.C. IN-LAW SUITE potential downstairs. You'll notice the attention to detail and how well-kept and updated this home is. This home was well-built with 2 x 6 construction and the entire exterior has been redone - 30 year Architectural shingle roof with oversized 6" gutters that match the insulated vinyl siding (and leaf guards) were all installed less than 5 years ago. The tilt-out dual panel windows were replaced about 7 years ago and have a LIFETIME warranty - window breaks? - they send you a new one! Seriously! When you come through the front door, you'll see the interior railings have all been upgraded and the design gives a nice, open feel whether you look upstairs or down. Each step has stair nosing which protects the integrity of the carpet. Gorgeous bamboo wood flooring covers the hallway, kitchen and addition floors and neutral paint. Bay window brings in a lot of natural light to the living room. All the blinds that you see are custom wood blinds by Next Day Blinds. The kitchen was totally remodeled recently with real wood cabinetry, soft close doors and drawers, pantry cabinets, lots of lighting, repairable Corian countertops, and upgraded Maytag appliances. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is open to the dining room. The upstairs has a nice open feel due to the new addition that was put on only a few years ago - vaulted wood plank ceiling, recessed lighting, a really nice fan and lots of windows complete this amazing space. There's a door to the side that leads to your newer, low-maintenance, oversized Trex Deck - amazing entertainment space! Going back inside and down the hallway you'll find a barn door that opens to the totally remodeled bathroom, complete with extended shower and upgraded tilework. Your primary bedroom has a remodeled attached half bath, and 2 closets. There's another spacious bedroom on this level. Downstairs is a large recreation room with brand new carpet, recessed lighting, full bath with gorgeous tiled shower and a large bedroom. Laundry room is here with Whirlpool washer and dryer on pedestals and extra storage space. The Rheem hot water heater cost a fortune but has a LIFETIME warranty - it's not made of metal so won't rust! The HVAC system has been upgraded a few years ago also. The heat here is oil heat and the newer tank is above ground behind the house, underneath the deck. You won't use as much oil as you'd think because of the insulated siding and energy efficient windows. The lower level also has a pellet stove which will heat a good part of the home during the cold months. There is an extra stash of pellets for you in the large Rubbermaid shed out back. Lifetime concrete septic tank and Culligan reverse osmosis water treatment system. Out back you'll find one of the most amazing detached garages ever with door openers, space for 5 cars, extra storage space workshop space with benches and cabinets, and it's own separate oil furnace. There is an air conditioning unit that you can put in and a BUZZER to the house so you'll be notified when dinners ready! You have to see this place to believe it - having this out-building along with the extra long driveway makes it perfect for a contractor or mechanic that does side work. Lots of space. In addition, there's a fenced area to the left side where you can keep a long RV, even 37 feet long - or a boat. There's exterior electric on this side of the garage so you can plug in during winter. Outside the garage is a paver patio, stone firepit, and real horseshoe pit. So many options with this yard. Make your appointment to come see this beauty in person!

"Lots of people walk their dogs in the neighborhood and clean up well. There are cleanup stations throughout the area with trash bags and a can to put it in. "
  • Trulia User
"Great neighbors, quiet neighborhood, and a lot of sidewalks for exercise. Also enjoy the pools and parks in the nicer months."

"I love my home in Boulevard park. I love to walk the neighborhood . Lots of nature and water views. Great neighbors and friendly atmosphere."
  • Eric T.
"The HOA does nothing, complain about the little stuff and do nothing about the town homes that are falling apart and make the neighborhood look bad. "
  • E_carreras
"Water access. Family friendly. Broad range of homes from starter to multi million Enjoy the neighborhood "
  • Chris p.
"Lake shore is a good neighborhood, but there are no dog parks in the neighborhood. Also there is a lot of teenage kids roaming the neighborhood blasting inappropriate rap that has a lot of fowl language. I also don’t enjoy them shouting late at night when there are other people trying to sleep or relax, I walk around the neighborhood with my dog and smell drugs that these TEENAGE kids are smoking. Over all some parts of lake shore is good but not all"
  • Erikmweber2002
"Lakeshore is a very nice town that loves Christmas but lacks Sidewalks and needs more dog parks. Some stuff is in walking distance but otherwise you need a car to get around"
  • Exploringerik
"I don’t like how there is no dog park and most of the time dogs run out of property fences and chase people, or other animals. That’s why I don’t go out at night. There are pit bulls and German shepherds "
  • Terry K.
"We have lived here for 24 years. Raised two amazing kids that flourished in the Chesapeake School system. It’s friendly and quiet. "
  • Terry K.
"I’ve lived here for 24 years. My kids grew up here. It’s quiet and safe. The schools are great. My kids flourished here. My only complaint is that too many people want to be here. Traffic is getting bad. But I understand...it’s a great community to live in. "
  • Laurel
"Longpoint Community is a very friendly water focused community. Several community beaches, boat ramp, and optional HOA involvement. When I moved into this community all of my neighbors reached out to assist. This is a rare thing today. Nice community tucked back by the water."
  • Dwfuller
"The "Dena" is a great place to live, and raise a family. This area has good schools, Downs Park is only 2 miles away, deer wander in the backyard, we are close to Annapolis, DC, and Baltimore, so the job market is stable, plus the people in this area don't seem to leave, so there are usual friends and family close by if you grew up here. Crime is very low is this Lake Shore area, so it is a safe. Chesapeake schools have some great teachers and Bodkin Elementary is a Blue Ribbon school winner. New businesses are opening up including Two Rivers Restaurant, Green Turtle, as well as many established businesses like Texas Roadhouse, and others to serve your needs. Local shopping has a nice variety of stores, Giant, Safeway, Ace, and Angels, plus not far from Glen Burnie and Severna Park for additional short distance shopping. Annapolis Mall and Arundel Mill Mall are only about 20 miles away, so you have plenty of choices within a short distance. The area has plenty wooded open space, and is considered a 'Bedroom Community', since there are no major industrial operations within the communities. Many communities have pools, as well. Great place to raise a family!"
