Shared yard in a quiet agricultural neighborhood. 5 minutes from the school and 10 minute drive from Hana town center. There is room for 2 cars to park in the gravel parking area just outside the front door. The entire apartment was remodeled in 2022- all new bamboo flooring, drywall, paint, new appliances (fridge with top freezer, electric oven and stove top, large washing machine and dryer), new on demand water heater and addition of the screened in cement patio. Both bathrooms have stand up showers. One bathroom is in the house in the hallway between both bedrooms. The other indoor outdoor bathroom is privately enclosed and screened in, is just off the master bedroom, accessible through the back patio sliding door. The apartment comes partially furnished, if desired (furnishings can be removed if you have your own and don't want ours). Washer and dryer hookup only (appliances not included)
No pets allowed. All utilities (electric, water, internet, garbage and yard maintenance mowing) are tenants responsibility.
6 month lease for first term, then 1 year lease renewals for all subsequent terms.
Owner pays for weekly garbage pickup and mowing of the yard. All other utilities are the renters responsibility. Electricity is split on a per person basis with the upstairs tenant. Water is split amongst all tenants on property. Internet and cable are not provided and are the responsibility of the tenant to setup their own (there are spectrum hookups in the living room).
