The Captain Rich summer rental cottage is steps from the beach and ocean. This rental has three bedrooms and additional futons if needed. There are four twin and one full bed. Two bedrooms are accessed by three steps into a lower level. There is an outdoor shower, window air conditioner, deck with table and chairs, and picnic table. The great room has skylights. The cottage comes fullyl furnished, has cable television, VCR and DVD, and cooking and eating utensils. You will need to bring towels, beach chairs, and linens. No pets. Smoking allowed outside only. Enjoy a lovely cottage near the beach for a perfect summer experience!
