Description

The home was totally renovated in 2006/2007. The floor plan was opened up to create a great room effect with a large 2 x 2 ceramic tile floor. The kitchen features new (at the time of remodel) stainless steel appliances and ceramic kitchen counter and new cabinets. There is a large utility room off the kitchen with washer and dryer and built in cabinetry. The garage features a new aluminum garage door with opener.
At the time of the remodel an interior designer was hired to coordinate finishes in the new bathrooms both hall and master bath including new fixtures and windows.

A new roof featuring GAF Timberline shingles that won't mildew was added in November 2015.

This Ponte Vedra Beach home will allow your children to attend some of the best public schools in Florida.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources. This description is from December 27, 2024
