In fact they have a Chemistry teacher that can't speak English and when the student is struggling because the teacher can't speak the lesson plan they blame the student. "It is Beach front but not crowded No high rise hotels or condos Everything you need is within 2 miles except a hospital, Mayo is 15 minutes away. Guard gates no one can enter without approval Best golf in the country 5 minutes away Sawgrass Stadium World golf village about 30 minutes away 40 minutes from pro sports, concerts, museums Lots of unique non chain restaurants I could go on for the next hour To sum it up it’s a wonderful place to live and the icing on the cake, Florida has no state income tax."
