Located in a gated community in Carlsbad across from the ocean, washer and dryer available inside the unit, a parking space. The community has a pool and pickle ball courts. Beautifully landscaped property with a deck, side and back yard available for your use. We are looking for one person with no pets.
The room is not furnished, while the remainder of the home contains furnishings. You will share the living spaces and utilities are included.
There is an extra partially furnished space that can be shared as an office or sitting room.
The home will be managed by a property manager and rent will be paid to the property manager. Showings will be by appointment only and you will have the opportunity to meet the current potential roommate. The security deposit will be equal to the rent and a lease will be drafted up.

The biggest con is the principal, Julie Redfield. She allows her teachers to get away with discriminatory behaviors towards students even when their are documented witnesses and the teachers own written account. Parents are not considered partners, rather she is dismissive of any concerns raised. Students with differing beliefs, medical issues, and anxiety are not accommodated.l as she does not prioritize the needs of the individual student. When educators stop caring about kids, its time to retire. As a new student, he has made a ton of friends, the teachers are very kind and caring, and this school provides STEAM, music, art, and PE classes, which not all schools do. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI honestly struggle to think of what the school does well. My daughter attended Poinsettia Elementary and we were quite pleased. All the teachers had personal relationships with their students and the principal knew everybody. The transition to middle school was night and day. The only students the teacher knows are the troublemakers and the same applies for the Principal. And unfortunately, there are plenty of troublemakers since either the teachers have given up on disciplining the students or the state of California no longer lets them discipline. Whatever the reason, the classrooms are ridiculously chaotic with kids constantly talking back to teachers. It’s not uncommon for kids to be speaking to each other and disrupting class while others are taking a test. The use of AI is so prolific that Kids will use it while taking an open laptop test, and the teacher makes almost no attempt to stop them. I can’t blame the teachers since I don’t know what’s going on and why it’s happening, but I can tell you that the system is broken and usually when it’s this broken, the problem lies at the top.
