"Our neighborhood is mainly families. It is extremely safe and a great place to raise a family. I have lived in my neighborhood for 24 years and love it and the surrounding area. We have a nature trail for hiking, biking and walking within walking distance. I and Many of my neighbors use the trail regularly. I would highly recommend my neighborhood to anyone looking to purchase a home."

"I grew up in the Polo Fields and have moved away since but being raised in this area couldn't be any more perfect. A car is necessary for transportation but everything that's needed is within a 10 minute drive and the city isn't far either."

"Have lived here for going on 14 years. The public schools are great. Recreational opportunities abound with the YMCA and Swim Atlanta within a mile. The Forsyth County Greenway trail runs along the southeast corner of the subdivision. The subdivision includes a polo field and private golf course. Lake Lanier is within five miles. Real estate taxes for retirees are very low as those over 65 do not pay school taxes."
