DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE REGARDLESS IF YOU SIGN THE LEASE OR NOT. Management will draft and email you your lease for signature, once signed, you will be assigned a task to complete your move in items including remitting your deposit. Deposits are required to be provided prior to lease writing unless you are working with a subsidy.
3. Once all items are returned you will be sent an email or message to set up a time to get keys for your move in date. Keys are not provided in advance of your move in date.
