The Owner: Lives primarily upstairs and is out of the house frequently for work. Will only access the basement level for occasional laundry and routine maintenance (like changing the HVAC filter).

Pets: Owner has two dogs that live strictly on the main level/upstairs yard space. No additional pets allowed.

We are a professional couple living on the upper floor of the home. One of us works 100% remotely, and the other works a hybrid 50/50 schedule. We also have two friendly dogs who live upstairs with us. We are generally pretty quiet, respect personal space, and stay busy with work or our latest side projects.

Our home is a safe space, and we welcome roommates from all walks of life with zero discrimination. We don't mind normal daytime noise at all, but we just ask for respect for late-night quiet hours. The basement's separate entrance is a huge plus here since you can come and go as you please without worrying about waking anyone up.

To keep the property fresh and clean for everyone, we maintain a strictly smoke- free environment (including cannabis, cigarettes, and vaping anywhere on site). Beyond that, we are very reasonable hosts and look forward to chatting about the standard contract and logistics!

    "It’s very welcoming community, is the city, so you’re going to find that trash bins in your alleyway sometimes, however, the sense of family in the community is strong. Parents play with their kids in the park, people will gather for outdoor activities, jog, play with their dogs. For me, it’s a perfect blend. Just outside the mischief, but close enough when you need it."
