"We live by the freeway so it is always loud. But the neighborhood is nice and people are friendly. Very kid friendly neighborhoods and quiet if you donโ€™t live behind the freeway. Schools are nice and clean. I recommend you move here if given the chance. "

"Gardner has a small town feel, but large enough to have what you need. Lots of great food and activities. "
  • Trulia User
"I've lived in this neighborhood for a couple years now. Went to Baker, then got a house here in Gardner at 20. We did not realize it at the time, but after having a child, we noticed just how great it is for families. The schools are great, everything is nearby and the neighborhood is safe. Lots of kids in the neighborhood. It's definitely on the pricer side compared to KC, but worth it IMO. Commute to KC from Gardner isn't horrible, about 25-30mins. "
  • h waigi
