The main floor has an open living space with a kitchen, barstool counter, and plenty of room to prep food, hang out, or study. Step outside onto the west-facing deck when you need a little fresh air or space for some potted plants.

Bedrooms have great natural light and built-in storage, plus there are two linen closets for all the extra stuff you somehow end up with during college. You'll also have a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and plenty of space to make the place your own.

The Waverly is a controlled-access building with secured entry, a parking garage, bike storage, and a detached storage unit. Close to campus, easy to live in, and designed for roommates who want a little more space.

No smoking. No pets.

Security deposit amounts vary based on rental history requirements and/or additional occupants. There are NO application fees to apply.

We also have a vibrant community full of fabulous eateries and gorgeous wineries as well as an open and accepting view toward all walks of life. "
