House has (3) three large bedrooms with (3) private baths, all comfortable sized bedroom's, central air, rooms with glass views facing the beautiful heated pool area. Updated features throughout, high ceilings, open kitchen and living room areas, large wall screen TV, internet service, and much more. The house is fully furnished in every room, nothing is really needed. The home is on a nice street in a safe Gated Lely Resorts community. Walk or bike to Lely Resorts restaurants, activities, or the beautiful Players Club facilities (availability to join with house rental) featuring gorgeous pool, jacuzzi, tiki bar, restaurant, exercise and gym facilities, tennis courts, basketball courts, social activities, even a private dog park. Three known golf courses and so much More.

Rental, Price includes all Florida taxes. Owner and tenent upon lease term agreement responsible for all present house hold expenses, pool service, electric, trash and sewer, AC, internet, TV setup, extra. Additional cost for one time cleaning fee, and ( depending on lease term agreement) fee in joining the Players Club facilities.
