In Post Falls just 10 minutes from freeway at Hi-way 41. Fully furnished, with ALL utilities included. Landlord lives in main house on the property, but Private driveway with 2-parking places included. Guest Home is located in the shop several hundred feet away from main home, providing plenty of privacy. Unit id decorated in a "Sports Bar" motif, and includes a vintage-style Pac-Man Arcade with over 500 games. 3-big-screen TV's, Fireplace, Fridge, Oven, Cook Top, MW, DW, and all small appliances included...as well as pots, pans, plates, bowls, & flatware. Also a small outdoor storage building, a picnic table, propane bar-be-cue, horseshoe pit, and stone patio with fire-pit. Already decorated up for the holidays!

6-month lease required. Landlord pays all utilities, including; Electric, Heating, A/C, Garbage, Water, Cable TV, High-Speed Internet, Snow Removal in Winter, and Lawn Care in Summer. Lease can be extended, but Rent would go up $200 during Prime Summer months, June thru September. October would revert back to Winter Rate.

We do not require Renters Insurance, but highly recommend it. We have a No Smoking/Vaping in Unit, No Pets, No Exceptions Policy. We love animals, but cannot accommodate pets due to severe allergies. We are so sorry in advance. We love to refund Damage Deposits, and will only hold enough for a Deep Cleaning based on how clean things are when tenant moves out.
