AC would be window units, heat is propane furnace, there is also a wood-burning stove for extra heat if wanted.
Residents are responsible for all utilities/lawn care. The adjacent acreage is a strict No-Hunting zone. One small dog, under 20 lbs. No cats. No smoking. References required.

Renter is responsible for electric and gas (propane gas). Home has well water. Renter is responsible for yard upkeep, but if not able to maintain yard, lawn service is available for an extra fee. One small dog is allowed. No smoking. Lease is on a month-to-month basis. Security deposit of 1500.00 can be accepted in three payments of 500.00, for the first 3 months.
