Description

Thanks for looking at this listing:-)

One room available for rent in a huge house in Bend. The room is $800 per month plus utilities, which include high speed cable internet (over 600Mbps), gas, electricity, water, trash, Netflix and Amazon prime video. All that adds $130/month to the monthly expenses making it $930/month, including everything.

The location is fantastic, being very accessible in every way and yet very private and peaceful, with its own 10-acre lot, yet only a 6-minute drive to the new Costco! The open bedroom is downstairs, WITH ITS OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM. It has a bed and is furnished. There is a ton of parking space as well (for your car).

The house has 6-bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms with a three-level design with two "halves". It's hard to describe and needs to be seen to be appreciated. It affords a lot of privacy and lots of common space as well. The total square footage is well over 3500sq feet.

There's a great room (kitchen/dining/living) with hardwood floors, a utility room with washer and dryer (available for your use), an "art room", and a multiple elevated decks with great views of the mountains.

Your potential rooms gets lots of natural light and has really nice views. You can often see deer coming to visit, which was the case when I took the pictures for this listing (see pictures).

I am a fully employed professional male, who is quiet and physically active, enjoying lots of biking. I work outside the house and travel a lot as well (to Europe and other places). Your other potential housemates (three including me) are also professionals.

We are seeking a housemate with a lifestyle focused on health and wellbeing who has steady income from a job worked outside of the house and who values cleanliness and a quiet peaceful place to live. You should be a non-smoker. Vaping outside may be considered but is discouraged. No drugs or heavy/regular alcohol use. Must have stable employment and good references. Criminal background check and credit check required. I will consider reasons for poor credit rating but evictions and other issues with housing will disqualify you from living in my house.

Occasionally overnight guests are allowed, including friends or family coming to town, just let me know. Significant others are expected to have a place of their own. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Courtesy is greatly appreciated.

Deposits will include first and last month's rent and security deposit.

Please call, text, or email with questions and to set up a viewing and a meeting.

I appreciate you taking the time to read this listing and considering living in my house!

Pete
