"It’s ok, but if u go towards Rainbow Washington, then u see seedy people at 711. My neighbors are nice it’s a townhouse location, occasionally u might see people in the area u don’t like but that’s just me. If u rent around here it’s like $1,000 a month not bad, I like my place it’s cute."
