    "I've lived in this neighborhood for almost 20 years and have enjoyed the diversity of it's people. you can walk to schools and markets for groceries. it's a nice blue collar neighborhood. for the most part it has been crime free, but few neighborhoods can boast 100% crime free neighborhoods, even hated communities! Not only is our neighborhood diverse with many ethnicities but also diverse in age range. from families with newborns to the elderly. We are a community that watches out for one another. "
