About this House

Brand new casita for rent. THIS IS FOR THE CASITA, NOT THE MAIN HOUSE. Beautiful new stainless steel appliances. This casita is adjacent to our home, which we live in. So, the backyard area will be a shared space. Otherwise, this casita is a standalone house complete with kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and option to install washer/dryer. The casita is mostly furnished as you can see in the pictures. The furniture is brand new and very nice. The second room is currently set up as a game room, but can easily be converted to another large bedroom. Parking will be at the front of the main house.

Our casita has a fan in each room, remote Lutron shades, a Ring camera, and many other options. We will do short term rentals. Perfect for visiting Arizona in the warm winter months. Located right next to North Scottsdale in a quiet community. Please note the road to our house is a dirt road for approximately half a mile. It is located in Maricopa County island. We are conveniently located next to numerous restaurants, shopping, hiking, biking, etc. Very safe and comfortable. To be clear, there is not a dishwasher or oven in the kitchen. Only a microwave, stovetop, and refrigerator. Please see the pictures.

Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for $200 per month electric as it is connected to the main house electric. Last month rent due at signing. No smoking. No pets.
