The casita is mostly furnished as you can see in the pictures. The furniture is brand new and very nice. The second room is currently set up as a game room, but can easily be converted to another large bedroom. Parking will be at the front of the main house.

Our casita has a fan in each room, remote Lutron shades, a Ring camera, and many other options. We will do short term rentals. Perfect for visiting Arizona in the warm winter months. Located right next to North Scottsdale in a quiet community. Please note the road to our house is a dirt road for approximately half a mile. It is located in Maricopa County island. We are conveniently located next to numerous restaurants, shopping, hiking, biking, etc. Very safe and comfortable. To be clear, there is not a dishwasher or oven in the kitchen. Only a microwave, stovetop, and refrigerator. Please see the pictures.

Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for $200 per month electric as it is connected to the main house electric. Last month rent due at signing. No smoking. No pets.
