About this House

This older mobile has been renovated inside and out! Newly painted exterior, has new floors and paint inside, all plumbing and appliances are new.

The property is spacious and bright. The lot is secluded and quiet. There are planters, a young orchard, and an indoor/outdoor cat who has always lived here. The cat would be your housemate, though I am responsible for his food and bills. If this isn't a fit for you, I understand. But if a free pet is of entice, let's go!

NOTE: I envisage this unit being a maximum occupancy of two because there is a separate casita (where I live), and the size of the leech field and septic govern what is a sustainable number of people on property.

There is a central air furnace (propane), a swamp cooler, a pellet stove, and each bedroom also has a mini-split/heat-pump for heating and cooling, also.

Lease is month-to-month

First month, last month, security deposit

NO PETS, there is a cat here that you'd cohabitate with as he's lived on the property forever.

Tenant pays Gas + Electric + WiFi
Trash is included.

House is furnished with one full and one queen bed in each room. Living room and kitchen furnished. Happy to add/remove furniture if you have a bed or something you really like.

Home is on a well + septic system. Must use septic-safe procedure with blackwater, will instruct.
