The kitchen has SS appliances, stove, refrigerator, microwave/convection and a dishwasher including lots of maple wood kitchen cabinets with granite counters. Nicely appointed bathroom with granite counter, a large wall cabinet, double mirrored large medicine cabinet, extra shower shelving with an adjustable 7 ft high wonder shower head. And an ADULT TOILET. All up-graded plumbing and electrical. Many outlets and excellent water pressure! The bedroom is large enough for a king size bed, the room comes with a top end ceiling fan and light + Closet with double shelves, double poles with built-in cabinets. Hall closet with double shelves. Vented heat throughout the apartment with thermostat. Dimmer switches and antique brass fixtures. Your own washer and dryer with your own water heater, it is a nice place..... Good vibes + chimes. Excellent location, downtown L.B. walk-able, bike-able. This is in a quiet peaceful park neighborhood with very low traffic area. Tennis courts & river bike path to the bay is close by. The beginning of the freeway is 1 minute across the river!
