About this House

This property is available as of October 1st. I will begin do tours in September. The townhouse, built in 2014, is a few blocks from downtown Whitefish and a few quick paces to the city park and walking trails. It sits along Whitefish River with 86 ft of waterfront that is shared with the one other renter. The modern unit has quartz countertops, hardwood floors and modern features throughout. An 8X10 nook off the living room works as an office or bonus area. Laundry facilities and on demand hot water are upstairs close to the bedrooms. The heat pump system keeps heating and cooling cost low. The decks off the front and the back create nice outdoor sitting areas and the single car garage in front of the building goes with this rental. Utilities are paid by the renter, Owner pays for outdoor watering. Summer and winter yard maintenance is the responsibility of the renter (snow blower, lawn mower and weed trimmer are supplied by the landlord).
Pets are negotiable, based on the landlord meeting the animal. A $250 refundable pet deposit is required, and an additional $25. is added to the monthly rent.
I will take all applications until rented. Feel free to call me if you would like to schedule a showing in September.

Deposit and first month's rent is paid by the day of occupation. Yard maintenance and snow removal is the responsibility of the tenant. Lawn mower, weed eater and snowblower are furnished by the Landlord. Rent is due on the first of each month.

"It’s quaint and white with friendly neighbors and amazing people. Everyone contributes to the community and it’s an overall wonderful place to raise kids. We live close to the schools and are in walking distance of all the wonderful shops and all they have to offer along with the incredible restaurants"

"Watch for traffic. People don’t stop at stop signs! I’ve seen numerous cars fly right through multiple stop signs. Walk with your children or drive them to a park. This area rarely gets patrolled by police officers."
  • Julieasteigler
"Not much public transportation . Quaint little downtown area. Friendly merchants, and locals . A lot of new homes and condo being built. Not much affordable housing."

"Very dog friendly community; watering dishes put out by most businesses, many places offer treats, and many people out walking dogs on leashes. "
  • Robert M. H.
"Dog owners would likely love the dog park and the community of dog lovers. Dog owners would likely dislike the fact that too many apartments don’t allow medium to big dogs. "
  • Artisan_432

  • MJ
"We have a lot of bears and other wildlife here. My dog has had run ins with a few, so this plays a part in freely walking on my street. But I figure this was the bears’ home first, so they have dibs and I respect that. We have supervised play in the yard, and there’s a dog park in town we enjoy. "
  • Deven R.
"Gallery nights, winter carnival, 4th of July golf tournament. Another option would be the local golf course, which is close, and also the ski hill. Also nice is the lake access at state Park. "
  • C
"I drive myself anywhere I need to go, there’s no public transportation system worth using because it only goes to select places at select times."
  • Trulia User
"Dogs love the woods out here, but it’s best to keep an eye of them, since we frequently see bears and occasionally, mountain lions. "
  • Timmushkin
