About this House

We're looking for a roommate to share a spacious and beautiful brick home in an excellent area for the spring semester of 2025-2026! The first floor boasts a high ceiling of 9 feet, and the entire house features hardwood floors. The property also has newer windows and mechanics, as well as central air conditioning. It's conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the UC campus. The rent has been reduced to $500 plus shared utilities. Message or text/call me for more information or to schedule a tour.
