Most of our tenants in this complex are very long term tenants; our community is very small and peaceful so we are looking for someone who values and contributes to that quiet environment.
Complex is very central in south Everett and is only one block from a major bus line.
We also offer optional wifi service on the premise and a shared laundry room.

We strive to offer among the most affordable long term housing for our tenants but in return are looking for tenants that can provide reciprocal respect in taking care of their unit, being considerate to the neighbors, and paying their rent obligations on time.
