"it’s the perfect neighborhood for raising kids despite the crazy increasing prices. But unfortunately, there are not many high score public schools nearby "
  • Natalia Modenova
"It’s clean and safe it’s very good for kids of all ages really that’s it that I have to say - well my friends raise kids here "
  • Kenny L.
"Very dog friendly and there are several dog parks in the area. Sometimes neighbors don’t pick up after their dogs. "
  • Carrie P.
"Such a great place to have small kids and a family. There are strollers and dogs every where it’s the best "
  • Sean S.
"Dog owners would love the vast amount of neighborhood provided dog bags and waste depositories - there is one every hundred yards are so. They would also love the dog-friendly apartment complexes, restaurants and shopping outlets. Lastly, they would love the multiple dog parks in the area; there are at least three of them. "
  • Janette P.
"This is Silicon Beach. We lives across the street from Google. All the giant Tech companies are here. There is a park in every block. The whole town is walkable."
  • Noelle N.
"The dog parks are nice, when open. Certainly too many dog owners that don’t train or know how to control their pups, so I’ve seen way too many aggression issues or attacks in my two years living here. I also find myself cleaning up a lot of dog poop not produced from either of my two dogs, but I’d rather not have that nastiness tracked throughout my apartment. It’s mostly commonly dog walking services that are guilty of not picking up. "
  • Trevor N.
"A fantastic master planned community in the heart of LA - with walking distance amenities and retail surrounded by accessible nature "
  • Christina L.
"Lunches and Halloween’s are the community events that make this neighborhood special. I could go on and on.. "
  • Ccbaby84

  • Akira C.
"concerts in the park - a shuttle service, runway plaza w. whole foods and cvs etc. many parks and walk ability "

  • Akira C.
"We love raising our toddler here - walkable neighborhood, over 20 parks, common areas, many parents to connect with. "
  • Paul S
"The south side of Playa Vista is more of the family side. I believe there are more younger generations on the north side of Jefferson. "
  • LBP
"It is a very privileged neighborhood. People are very work minded. It is very expensive to live in this neighborhood."
  • Trulia User
"Yes dog owners would love the neighborhood. Plenty of places to walk them and several dog parks around the community. "
  • nick
"Dogs run this place and humans are here just to serve them and their needs. You meet all kinds of breeds small and large and there’s dog parks and tons of space to play and run around. Just a great place for dogs. "
  • Miabaik
"High crime rate and rentals and home purchases overpriced for the poor quality of buildings and construction."
  • Bokenner
"We like the Saturday farmer’s market in the center of Playa Vista as well as some of the community events that the apartment complex puts on."
  • Sky914
"People are friendly, great amenities and walkable everywhere. 2 big Dog parks. Library and business center all within minutes. Good for small families."
  • Winnie c.
"Getting much more congested for cars, but cars are still the primary commuter mode of transport. There is a neighborhood shuttle."
  • Bobby K.
"Amazing walk ability and clean neighborhood near the beach. All the townhouses and apartment complexes sometimes make it feel a bit cramped. Housing is brand new but expensive. Great amenities and you can park your car here on the weekend and not need it. Great place for parents with a small child."
  • Denise g.
"Have lived in the area for 5 years and I absolutely love it. People are friendly, lovely small parks throughout the community. "
