"This is a very nice neighborhood. They have very friendly and neighborly like-minded people. And that’s all folks so move if you like and see for yourself. Here it is. "
  • Trulia User
"This neighborhood is beautiful, I've visited many times. there are so many different stores and sights. It's a great area to visit and live. "
  • Trulia User
"Hollywood is great, but there is a very nice area around Hancock Park and close to Hollywood and Koreatown, also close to Larchmont Village"
  • Trulia User
"Not too long, bad at certain times but not bad. You can find back roads and new ways to give to and from."
  • Trulia User
"You have parks within walking distance and the neighborhood is full of historical buildings and old architecture. Less than a mile away and your walking in a neighborhood with million dollar homes. "
  • Trulia User
"It’s a different neighborhood than it was just a few years ago. I think it works a best for people who leave the area for the day and if they go out they also leave the area for that and just stick around on the weekends. Then is very tolerable. "
  • Trulia User
"It’s changed a lot but it’s still in the middle of everything with attractions and parks that make it worth it still. "
  • Trulia User
"Lived here 2007 to 2021. Lots of fun for nightlife, outdoor activities, arts scene. Very central location: 10mins to Echo Park, Silverlake, West Hollywood. 15mins to Burbank or the mountains. 30mins to the beach. Areas are very mixed demographics from one block to the next. Street parked cars often have break-ins. Sidewalks are broken and cars speed through residential streets. Not great for a family."
  • Trulia User
"Only one park in Koreatown and it’s not that great for dogs. You’ll have to drive your dog to a better park "
  • Trulia User
"Public transit is accessible. Lots of options for Byrd scooters, Lime scooters, rentable bikes etc. neighborhood is very walkable too."
  • Trulia User
"People are friendly and walkable to a lot of stores. Perfect for those who just moved to LA but enjoys quiet neighborhood. A lot of trees and flowers, its very peaceful and relatively safe."
  • Laura M.
"It’s bustling and close to everything you could need. We walk to most places - grocery stores, restaurants, the Grove, LACMA. It can be loud at times, and people love to drive too fast down residential streets, but otherwise it’s a nice place to live. "
  • Annietelalyan
"Busy but comfortable, nice area to live in if you are constantly on the go or like to keep busy in the neighborhood "
  • Casey C.
"Cinespia is amazing. What a concept, a movie in a historic cemetery! But it work, and we get a huge turnout"
  • Sabrina D. P.
"I am obsessed with this neighborhood! I love my neighbors, the walk ability, and how pretty it is. Very central to all of LA’s good stuff."
  • Constanteng
"Lots of dog owners, neighborhood is great for walks. I’m not in mid-Wilshire though, I’m in Hancock Park."
  • Rich M.
"Walking distance to Trader Joe’s, post office, Staples, The Grove, etc. Parking can be difficult. If you say hi to someone, they will rarely say hi back. It’s safe to walk around at night. However, I usually can’t walk more than a block without seeing at least a couple homeless people."
  • Paromita S.
"Affordable rent and beautiful buildings. Also close to many metro and bus lines, which make jf easy to access other areas such as downtown, Santa Monica, and Hollywood."
  • Guilibily
"There is Nice walking track but there are also too many cars passing by! There is still plenty of space to walk or run with your dog in this neighborhood. People are all nice and understanding. There are so many restaurants close by that are dog-friendly. "
  • Graciezanejolly
"Very centralized to everything. Always people walking around and it’s close to LACMA, the Grove, and lots of cute restaurants and coffee shops. "
  • Rebecca W.

  • Samantha M.
"Constantly see people walk their dogs so make sure of you have one, clean up after it and don’t just trash the sidewalks with the bags. Keep the neighborhood clean. "
  • Rastyn S.
"Good area nice people colse to all the amenities for artist SAG is here for writers WGA is heat too Grove is another attraction of this Naber hood . Side walks are clean safe for children good schools around and many huge parks. Everything is in walking distance."
