"I do not commute. But Interstate 5 and 99 HiWay is easily accessible. San Francisco is 2+ hours and Los Angeles is around 4 hours away, Coast is 90 miles and the Sierra Nevadas are within 100+miles. Lots of hunting, fishing, and boating are within 10 miles for your recreational pleasure. "
  • Tressa Rivera
"I live here. Definitely not for anyone seeking culture and fine dining or an entertainment. Can’t wait to move back to civilization "
  • Knorr96
"Lots of people walk their dogs in this neighborhood and there is a large park nearby with activities "
  • Janelle L.
"Having a small town feel would be nice but not so much now. It’s still a cute place to live but we don’t see ourselves living here long"
  • Knorr96
"I work in los Banos so my commute is only 6 minutes. But if you go over the hill the commute is not fun. Lots of accidents and fires. "
  • Knorr96
"Lots of community events and wonderful community spirit. Great schools and lots of community churches "

"Save compared to the north east side. Plenty of clean safe parks and wide walk ways. Target, Walmart in walking distance."
  • Ralph W.
"Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Crime is not a issue, everybody watches over their neighborhood. Plenty of parks in walking distance."
  • Unspecified
"There are none. Neighbors aren’t friendly. Shoppers are rude and nothing happens in this town. I am moving. "
  • Izela A.
"It’s a quiet town, but friendly and not over crowded city to live in. However it’s way to small for me."
  • Kssiggys11
"Do not let your kids out of your sight. No matter how young or old they are. If they aren’t harmed or taken by someone then neighbors who may be watching will turn you into CPS if you aren’t supervising your children."
  • Tashaagamao71
"I have lived here for 6 years and I go t to know all my neighbors and my Manager, they are very nice and look out for each other. Also it's a gated community with a pool area and a clubhouse for residence to use. "
  • Janet B.
"We’ve been here 22 years, back when the neighborhood was serenaded by coyotes. We raised our 4 sons here, and have enjoyed many years of listening to our kids, and all kids that have followed, out on the school grounds practicing with the drum line and marching band. Across the highway, the school is close enough to be a nice reminder of good times, and far enough to not hear anything else. "
  • Michaelseeba
"dogs are always welcome as long as the owners clean up after them and plenty of parks to play in and kids love dogs"
  • Deborah G. T.
"Great neighborhood close to the canal makes for great walking and watching ducks and other wildlife "
  • Jennycardenasguerrero
"Parks for kids to play and soccer games every week very calm neighborhood very safe place to live and no violence in this area or thefts that make it unwanted place to live you dan leave you cars and doors open"
  • Patty_p54
"Parks for kids to play, they need to get back to playing out side , get off the iPads and computers."
