"If youโ€™re wealthy and you know how to manage HOA condominium complexes if thatโ€™s where you choose to live then you should be OK. However, if you are a labor or an undocumented citizen, this is a very expensive town to live in. The police department is very responsive and for the most part, the town is very safe, however if you donโ€™t have a whole lot of money, donโ€™t expect much help from local government or authorities"
  • Trulia User
"Great neighborhood for dogs and their owners. Many trails and open parks for hiking and playing. This is a great place to live or vacation!"
