This unit is a 2nd and 3rd floor unit in a gorgeous home across from Thornton Academy. There are four units in the building with excellent tenants.

On the second floor-
You will find the eat-in kitchen, spacious (and beautiful) living room, a huge bedroom and the one full bathroom.

Love some outdoor space?
Off the kitchen is an entry that leads to your own private deck!

On the third floor-
You will find another huge bedroom with a walk in closet.

More info-
There is driveway parking for two vehicles (behind the other) and ample street parking.
The plowing and landscaping will be done by the owners.

The rent is $2,200 including heat and hot water. Tenant pays for the electricity and other personal utilities.

We do not do co-signers. You must be approved on your own merit.
Great credit (650's or higher),
Clean backgrounds and good references (if applicable- ex. Own your home).
 Proof of income
One year lease is a must.
 First and security are due at lease signing, upon application approval.
 This is a non-smoking unit. Absolutely no smoking, vaping or marijuana use.
 So sorry- no pets allowed.

    "8 years great place to live and lots of kids to grow up with. Also pet friendly and good restaurants and shops. Parades in fall and winter. City work is clean and quick and they are responsive. "

    "Nice walkways, 1-2 mile walk with sidewalks are common in our community. Drivers are courteous and yield to dog walkers. It’s a nice walk… especially in the fall when the leaves are turning color, there are maple as and oaks and ginkgo trees that are a spectacle of color. Very enjoyable."
