The teachers took the time to build relationships with her that will last a lifetime. Thank you, Dr. Norman for leading your teachers and students. Cowden has instilled leadership skills, and given her the tools to be successful, not only in school, but in life. Thank you for everything. She misses Cowden already.

"Nice working class neighborhood, plenty of families. Relatively quiet. Downsides are that we don’t really know our neighbors and no real sense of community or friendliness. At least not on our street. We are renters and have lived here 2 years and moving out soon."

"Most everyone had a dog, but the issue is that some owners will leave their otherwise indoor dogs outside in their fenced backyard all day. One in particular is old, blind, and barks continuously from the moment he is put outside until he is brought back inside... which can be hours and usually begins around 7a. Not the most awesome thing for the person next door who works nights."

"The community is very friendly. It’s extremely safe, because the neighbors are vigilant and aware of unfamiliar people and activity. Very close to a lot of amenities, especially the park. "

"I’ve lived here for 5 to 6 months now and it is so nice and quiet I never have to worry about noise or anything really. It’s such a trusted neighborhood and my neighbors are all friendly they all know me it’s very nice and quiet definitely a place for a calm lifestyle"
