About this House

This is a monthly rental from Jan 1 till Feb 20, 2025 for the entire house. This would be a good short term rental for a snowbird or someone moving to the area. 2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms located in Aptos 10 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute mountain bike to Nisene Marks State Park. This is a 1800 sq ft. single family residental house remodeled in 2000. There is a full kitchen, living/dining (great room), pantry, stacked washer/dryer, front and back patios, hot tub, ping pong table. The kichen has a 36" gas stove/oven, full refrigerator, dishwasher. The master bedroom has a very firm california king bed & and walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen with a small closet. Landline with US long distance, Comcast cable internet/wifi, cable TV, and Prime video.
We would only like to rent this during the months of January & February 2024. We would prefer to meet you in person or talk on the phone if you are interested. We are somewhat flexible, but we don't want to have alot of short term guests. No daily or weekly rentals. $6000 for the total time period, or $1000 per week if less than the total time period. Utilities are included.

    "I use the Highway which is close to my neighborhood. Outside of that, the county bus system is the only public transit. The commute traffic is bad. Aptos is bikeable around the highway but there are many tight roads and can be hilly. "
