The smaller bedroom is 9' x 11' and has a decent sized window. The closet measures 6' x 2.25'. The bathroom you would share has a bathtub with a shower, sink and vanity, and toilet.
The shared amenities in the house include washer/dryer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. There is some space for storage of boxes in the garage. The house (besides the bedroom) is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked. There is a coat closet in the entryway, cozy couches in the living room and a nice big rug with space for stretching, yoga, etc.
The yard is currently not landscaped but we have plans for a vegetable garden and fixing things up.
