About this House

This is a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home in the heart of Midvale, just 1 block from Historic Main Street! If you haven't been to this street in awhile, you should know that it is absolutely humming with new life. The Pearl Theater has a beautiful new marquee sign, The new Bambino serves incredible wood-fired pizza, and there's even a Cactus & Tropicals here now! Not to mention the best Mexican food in Utah! The house itself is a great place to call home, with a front yard, back yard, and 24 x 30 ft garage! The lot is fenced in with a driveway fence too, so your dog can run around without getting out. House is exactly as you see in the photos. The laundry machines, and dishwasher, and Nest smart thermostat are brand new. House has Central AC and Heat (forced air). Because of the central layout of this house, natural light floods in!

Things to note:
- The house is currently technically 2 bedrooms, but the dining room can be made into a bedroom if you need it that way.
- The garage fits 1 car width-wise, with extra space in the back, and the other half of the garage is not able to store a car (it's more for storage or a workplace etc and only has a normal door to it, not a car door).
- Landlord may be willing to make upgrades; ask if you wish to see anything changed.
- Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
- There is no basement here.
- MAY BE WILLING TO DO LESS THAN 12 MONTH LEASE (please inquire).

Tenant pays utilities.

"There are plenty of parks and places to walk your dogs! People are very friendly and so are most of the other dogs. If they don’t like cats though that might be a problem because there is a lot of outdoor cats who travel from yard to yard to hangout and say hi "
