About this House

Apartment is perfect for a young professional couple. It has all new windows, it's on a quiet east end block. Great neighbors, plenty of street parking unlike the west end or other blocks closer to the beach. Side yard with garden access for grilling and hosting friends and relatives.

The property is about a mile away from the Long Beach LIRR, it's about a 15 min walk. There a several dining options that are within a 5 min walking distance as well as a supermarket.

Property has solar so the electric bill is only $15-$20 year round. Also recently put in replacement windows for all the windows in the apartment.

Owner pays for water. Tenants pay for gas and electric (there are solar panels so the electric bill is just the $15-$20 connection fee). No smoking in the apartment.

Some dog owners are not responsible and leave dog waste in plastic bags on or in front of buildings and or other peoples property which is so disrespectful. Some dog owners are good and properly dispose their dogs waste. "
