Minutes from Ellicott City, Columbia, BWI Airport and about 12 miles south of downtown Baltimore.Owner Occupied. Owner will live in the Basement. Current tenants include: A Korean female in the master bedroom. She has a pet dog who will be caged in her room during the day, and let loose when she is home. The dog is well trained and very obedient. A Caucasian male.Both tenants are very respectable.Room DetailsTwo (2) rooms lead to a Jack and Jill full bathroom. The one (1) room for rent is one of these rooms. Room is unfurnished and has a small closet.Measurements-Length x Width: ~12 feet x ~10 feetRate Details$650/month All utilities included (except cost of additional Verizon Set-top Box if tenant would like one.)Security Deposit = $400.Lease can be flexible. I am open to month-to-month, quarterly, semi-annual, and/or annual).     "There are dog parks near by. They have a lot of trails, more then enough parks. Everyone has a dog so your furry friend will have lots of friends to play with. Trust me you will love the area. But be mindful of ticks and all those creepy creatures. Howard county in general is very wooded, but still a great place to have a dog."
