About this House

Single-story home for rent in Milo Grogan neighborhood, located one block east of Cleveland Avenue and a half block from Milo Arts Center. This house has three bedrooms, a good sized kitchen, a large living room and a smaller dining area, and a full bathroom. It also has a very nice front porch, both front and side entrances, a large backyard with a storage shed and off-street parking with room for 2-3 vehicles. The house has modern gas furnace with central AC. The small front yard is fenced in, but the larger backyard is only partially fenced in. We can completely fence in the backyard for slightly higher rent. A washer and dryer can also be added for slightly higher rent. Pets are allowed, at slightly higher rent.

Depending on tenant needs it is move-in ready now, but upon showing, we can make improvments, as needed by prospective tenants. We are test marketing it now to determine level of interest and needed tenant move-in dates to plan for leasing. Presently, only photos of the exterior are available, but we will add photos of the interior ASAP.

We are an equal housing provider. As part of our application process we consider background, credit and rental history, and credit score. To be considered for leasing, we require that applicants earn at least three times the monthly rent. We will can provide additional informatinon if you contact us via this posting.

One-year lease. Tenant pays for all utilities, which are all metered.

    "It’s safer then it seems. No issued in two years. The fast food is really run poorly but overall it’s been very comfortable. Plenty of busses come through and that makes it really easy to get to the North Market and down town. "
