Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet with metal storage shelving. The master bath is a shower, and the guest bath is a bathtub/shower combination. The main living area, kitchen, bedrooms and porch have soaring ceilings. There is a gas fireplace. The bedrooms, bathrooms and general living area have engineered wood flooring. The porch has ceramic tile. There is newer lighting throughout the condominium, including ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area. Several of the doors are wider to accommodate wheelchairs, and there are metal grab bars in the bathrooms. There is attic storage above the garage. The dishwasher, range, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer remain with the condominium. The Villas community streets and driveways were paved during the summer of 2018.
