4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is terrible! My kids attended here and learned NOTHING! They were so far behind academically that they needed intensive tutoring. This school has fund raisers to buy things like a marquee, or new school benches but nothing to benefit the children. Trying to go to the administrators to get your children help is an attempt in futile. It's the parents against the school rather than both being a team working together for the child's betterment. The current principal does what she can but she's only one person. I've personally witnessed the office staff sitting around gossiping, talking about, and mocking parents. With the acception of two teachers and one yard supervisor everyone else is very rude and "clique" like. Mayra Castro went above and beyond to take care of issue and answered every question I had. Brad Gibbs is a welcoming smile anytime I come into the office. "we have movie nights Church events movies holiday events we also have fairground fairs count like Ventura county fairgrounds the fair that happens in August sometime every year we got horse races dog races I believe we got a casino we also have surfer point that's where all our surfers go to surf pretty cool we have the Port hueneme Pier the Ventura county pier nice to go look at we have all the boats we have restaurants by the ocean or where the boats apart it's nice "
