Description

Great quality, custom home. The utility bills are surprisingly low. This home is easy to maintain and has a beautiful landscape. I love the covered patio, it has lighting and a large exterior curtain. The new patio set comes with the home. I love the rap around porch. I enjoy sitting on the patio swing, viewing the mountains and watching birds fly by. It's in a great location, tucked in by trees entering our cul-de-sac. The neighbors are great, best I've ever had. Includes a shed with a little workshop in the back. Also includes bedroom sets, appliances, decor, and more. Only serious inquiries please. Thank you!

    "I’ve lived here for almost 14 years. I used to love it; small town feel, while still being close to everything. Quiet, not a lot of traffic. Now, there’s a traffic jam on almost every street at least once a day. Crime has gone up. It’s noisy. All the beautiful fields and pretty open spaces are filled up with ugly, cookie cutter subdivisions. It used to be a lovely place."
