It is actually a 2 bed, 2 bath but we have put an emphasis on using the 2nd bedroom as an office, but it could easily accommodate a weekend guest. Lots of cupboard space and storage, with a big master closet. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, full bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom/office has closet and full-size bathroom with walk in shower. Fully outfitted kitchen with quartz countertop/breakfast bar, lots of cupboard space and pantry. This gorgeous villa is centrally located close to US1, downtown Vero and about 15 minutes to the beach. Lush, wooded landscape and pretty sunsets. The tennis club, fitness club and swimming pool are separate entities but for a small fee you can join for the duration of your visit, paid monthly. Sorry NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Located only a short drive to shops, restaurants and of course Vero's amazing beaches.
