Also has easy access to downtown Evergreen and the beautiful lake where you can take out a canoe, small sail boat or paddle boat in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Fish in the summer or ice fishing in the winter. It is on the school bus route for Marshdale Elementary, which has a 10/10 score on great schools, West Jefferson Middle School and Conifer HS. You can opt in to Evergreen schools if you wish. The house is in unincorporated JEFFCO which has a lower tax rate. You don't want to pass 5his up!
