This is a lease purchase/rent to own which is typically a two year program after which you go to the bank and get a mortgage (some people need longer and if they are paying on time and keeping the house in good condition, we always extend). It's a powerful program for people that don't have a high enough credit score, or the large down payment required by banks. We have no credit check. "Commerce is a great place for families. Many of the residents seem to take you in as their own. With plenty of nearby shopping it is able to offer a fair bit, but maintain that small town charm. There are lots of great churches in town that work together to support the whole community. Wonderful people make this town a home."
