Available 2/22/25 Attached mother inlaw, built out in 2020. The 4 person barrel sauna is for your private use. Beautifully furnished with stainless steel farm sink, barn door bathroom and and lots of lighting. The property is located less than 20 min from the airport and has easy access to down town and the airport in Redmond.This unit offers a small back yard for your furry friend.

This unit is best suited for a single professional but can accommodate two. The sauna is for your private use. $100 for utilities including internet, garbage, water, electricity. The deposit and pet fee are due upon signing the lease. Please provide two rental refrence, credit score and proof of income.
If you plan on bringing your pet, there is a cleaning fee for the pet which is not a pet deposit but a pet cleaning fee of $300.
There is a family of four with children in the main house, the walls have 2ea-3/4" Sheetrock but some noise can be heard. This is a shared property and the tenant in the main house is responsible for yard maintenance. The unit is pretty private and separate but you will be sharing this property. The back patio is private with a fire pit and is fenced off from the main house by a 3' fence, the front patio is covered but not as private.

There is room for 1 vehicle in the driveway and room on the street for visitors or a second car.
The nieghborhood was built in 1979 and has 1/2 acre lots. It's a safe neighborhood and it's close to the hospital, 97 and the airport. DT is a 7 min drive.
