Front porch has panoramic sunset views over the lake and the Mendota Rowing Club boathouse. Friendly, mature neighbors. One off-street parking space included plus ample street parking. On major bus lines. B-Cycle station one block away. East Johnson business district 2 blocks away, including craft cocktail bars, coffee and tea houses. Ten minute walk to State Street and Capitol Square. 20 minute walk to campus.
