The studio has a kitchenette with a microwave, built in ceramic burner, toaster oven, and refrigerator. The studio is in the second floor of the family house, fully private, accessible by the stairs from a small private patio on the site of the house. It is very close to the Camp Pendelton North Gate, near are Starbucks, Walmart, Target, Sprouts, Ross and movie theaters. The place is very quiet and secluded, with a private entrance on the side of the very quiet family house. The studio is available now, July 2nd.
It is possible to see it based upon appointment. Utilities and trash are included in the rent. Parking for one car is available on a long drive way - just by the entrance.
Deposit $1000. The rent amount is final, no utilities or other fees.
Prefer a non smoking tenant with only one car, no pets and a one year lease.

    "what I love the most about this neighborhood is we over look the Marine Base, and because that you get a lot of wild life, the sound of the frogs in the spring is deafening yet charming, also I am 1 mile from my barn where I board my horse. It feels like we live in the country instead of the suburbs. I live in the eastern portion of Oceanside, and this area is horse country, mainly Thoroughbreds. The San Luis Rey Training center for race horses is about 5 miles from my house. It is a quiet and very safe neighborhood."
