There is one bedroom, there is a second room (with closet) that functions beautifully as a home office. Currently partially furnished. Tranquil setting on small working horse farm. Two horses in barn below, owners live on property, have dogs and cats. No smoking or partying on property. Large stocked pond on property available for catch & release fishing. Road is state-maintained gravel.

Security deposit of first month's rent required. One pet, under 60 pounds permitted. Rent includes parking space, electricity, water and Starlink access. Pet deposit of $250. Background and credit checks required.

Tenant required to take trash to dump weekly and keep property clean. Pet must be leashed while outside and all pet waste picked up and taken to dump weekly.

Twelve month lease required. Absolutely no smoking or partying on property.
