Proof of ownership: We are private home renters, not a big corporation. We own the house in a family's trust. There will be no code to get in the house by yourself. We will personally show the house and bring along with us the proof of property management/ownership such as a deed which matches with the county record, homeowner insurance which has our names on it, County tax record/our accounting records to show that we have been paying tax on the house, and Power of Attorney to show that we have the right to show the house. We do not ask you for cash or to wire any fund upfront. Until you are able to confirm our ownership and interest in renting, we will then accept your information to run background and credit to move on with the process.
