Roommate wanted to share a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse in Redondo Beach. This place is in great shape. Excellent location on Meyer Lane, just over a mile to both Hermosa and Redondo beach. Easy access to Manhattan, Hermosa & Redondo piers. This 2400 sqft house w/ one garage parking space, free washer/dryer, huge private patio, tiled/marble bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, granite & marble AND monthly common area maid service!! Some garage storage available too!

Everyone cool, friendly and responsible. This room is very private on the bottom level, and is unfurnished. The room is a large size room for CA (approx. 16ft x 12.5ft). It fits a queen bed, shelves, desk, drawers, nightstand, and has a mirrored closet too, it's a nice size room, ceiling fan, window. There is a small work space area just before entering the room that could be used for a sitting room or small office. The bathroom will be shared. For the price in this neighborhood you really can't beat it!

Here's a little about us -- The place is owned by my family. We rent the rooms out to young professionals. I am a lecturer of ancient history at a local university, and my wife is an educator/doctoral student. We offer a friendly, drama free environment. Our interests are: history, traveling, leather working, and music.

The other room upstairs is rented by our cousin who is finishing up his degree in film studies/film production. He is also very polite and clean. You would be sharing the bathroom with him.

Here's a little about who we're looking for -- we would like to live with someone that is generally a happy person, likes to keep the place clean, definitely need to pay bills on time! No free-roaming pets, but reptiles and fish are fine. This is a non smoking house. That also means, No "420" in our house! You must be able to prove stable income, do a credit check ($39 upon filling out application).

Tell us about yourself! We are showing the place by appointment only. Also includes wireless internet and ethernet & intercom in every room. Large flatscreen Vizio HDTV in the bedroom and another Large flatscreen Samsung HDTV in living room. Big Patio w/BBQ Grill, propane and propane accessories.
