Air conditioned and high efficiency heat. Washer and dryer IN UNIT. Each BEDROOM has a closet, two rooms are walk-in closets. Bamboo floors, Granite countertops, newer kitchen, large pantry, stainless steel appliances, large refrigerator, and dishwasher.
Located a bit north of Mt Washington DIRECTLY on Falls Road in Baltimore county. Best school district in the county. It was Towson high and Dunbar middle and might of changed. Across the street is a path to Lake Roland Park, and next door are two restaurants including Earth, Wood and Fire. 1 mile from Whole Foods, close to Mt. Washington, and 2 minutes from Falls Road Light Rail Stop. Free on-site parking.
Has about 15 steps up to large private deck and front door. Perfect for grill, plants, and outdoor lounging. Large fenced yard and garden area, is 33 ft. by 120 ft, (we grew mint, okra, potatoes, peppers, pumpkins, tomatoes and squash this year). Good for animals too.
The rent is 2100. Utilities are estimated to be $250/mo for gas and electric and water. High SPEED COMCAST is $50/ month. So 2100 plus 300= 2400. First months rent and security deposit to move in. Showing might be with stuff my friends stuff in there, final delivery will be clean and with furniture if you want.
