"Lots of parks, beautiful trails and things to entertain yourself. Close knit neighborhoods and extremely friendly"
  • Hypnotiqmuse
"There are many families in the community and lots of schools and all ages of kids. It’s safe to let your kids ride their bike around the block and not worry to much . They can play at the parks and not feel like they will get bullied"
  • Cindy M.
"I have lived here 6 years and everyone looks out for each other. It’s quiet and beautiful here. The kids all play together. "
  • Pagecolton3
"I've lived in this neighborhood for the past 2 years and couldnt be happier. Friendly neighbors, very quite street, and ibe always felt safe coming home."
  • RickThomas
"I commute twice a week 100 miles each way - 200 miles round trip. I just learned that there is a bus service in the community but I doubt I will ever use it."
  • RickThomas
"The commute is quite far away I am driving 100 miles one way to get to my office. There are limited options."
  • JESSI
"This place is really nice and really well priced but..... the rules are extremely strict! It makes it difficult to enjoy. The neighbors we had told on us for everything! Things that aren't a big deal, they make a big deal about it. You can't even leave a single thing on your front porch without getting a warning note on your door that if you don't remove it, it'll be a $20 fine a day! People drive through the parking lot like they're in a race and there are tons of kids playing in the area. Like I said, it's a nice place and well priced, but very, very strict! We also left our locked car on the street and someone broke into it and stole our electronics. Weird because Smithfield is such a low key city. I was very disappointed."
  • Mary
"This location is perfect for the nature lover as well as those interested in a safe and private community. Hiking and biking in Smithfield and Summit Creek Canyons are quite accessible and the folks that live in this neighborhood are the friendliest and most helpful around."
